It keeps a record of phone conversations, visits, and town hall meetings. Each voter’s key issues or concerns, whether for or against a bill can be classified. You will have access to birthdates and can send notes or even coupons for a free cup of coffee. Your email lists can be build and controlled.
You can add emails to the database when constituents write. Constituents can be included or excluded in your electronic mailing or email list. Mailings can be customized based on the interests of constituents. It has the ability to track voter data, contact with the constituents and follow up system. You will be able to enter interests and positions of constituents and others with whom you have contact. You can also develop and maintain an email database.
