RUBBERIZED CORK SHEETS

Rubberized Cork Sheets are manufactured by a very special procedure which includes bonding of fine granules of cork with Neoprene, Synthetic or NR compound under a particular temperature & pressure in vulcanization chamber. This forms a solid block of Cork Rubber Sheets of about 100mm from which the desired shape, size sheet is cut off.

Composition: Manufactured using blend of fine Cork Granules along with Synthetic, Neoprene or Natural Rubber compound.
Size: Length x Width = 2feet x 3feet, 1mtr x 2mtr OR As Per customer’s requirement.
Thickness: Rubber Sheets manufactured in the range of 1mm to 50mm.
Cork Rubber Sheets manufactured by us are free from cracks, pin holes & other defects. It has Longer shelf Life, abrasion resistant & exhibits prolonged ageing properties.
