SPECIFICATIONS
Mustard oil is produced by the solvent extraction process of mustard cakes. The oil obtained is in crude form and in edible grade which is sold to refineries for further processing and packing as cooking oil.

Bleachability: Above 40%

APPEARANCE
It is golden brown in color and it is a 0.90 density oil.
