(1) sustain 10 hours at temperature 60 Degrees Celsius under full-load condition;
(2) 500 times on/off check for 7 seconds.
2. The CO2 laser power supplies have H/L/P/G/IN/5V control signal interface,The upper cover and bottom shell are made of aluminum Casing is galvanized sheet.

4.This two fans laser power supplies has RED TEST button to easily figure out CO2 power supplies or CO2 laser tube’s failure. It is very easy and simple to remove trouble.
5. This 80Watt laser power supplies is used to drive most brands 1200-1450mm CO2 laser tube. The two fans laser power supplies use zero-current half-bridge soft-switch circuit to make sure the CO2 laser power supplies have high efficiency and fast response speed.
6. This high voltage laser power supplies’s control interface is applicable to high/low level signal. TTL level is to control the on/off of the laser power with a protective switch to check water-flow and ventilation.
7. Input analog signal(0~5V) or PWM is used to control the output laser power on this 80Watt laser power supplies.
8. The external LCD display screen can display the output current, power supply working status, and common fault codes. In addition, it can adjust the output current through the rotary switch. Signle channel LCD displayo screen is default. 4/8 channel LCD display screen is optional.
9. It uses the latest silicon carbide to replaces traditional transistors. The silicom carbide has high efficiency, low heat generation and low failure rate characteristics.Which make laser power supply more suitable for long-time uninterrupted works in hot environment.
10.The silicon carbide reduces circuit's quantity, which reduces failure rate and keep consistency in output parameters. Enable laser power supply have better engraving and cutting effects
11. It adopts patch assembly process, which is fully automated and standardized It uses HD cameras to detect circuit boards, assembled components and soldering effects. The two methods reduces the possibility of human error causing unqualified laser power supply.
12. It adopts silicone tube to wrap output HV cable to prevent electric sparks from splashing and protect operators and equipment, which allowing laser power supply work normally in humid environments
